The SMITH'S Portable BBQ Inbuilt Flat Lid is designed for caravans, RVs and outdoor kitchens where a compact built-in barbecue is preferred without compromising cooking performance. The inbuilt flat stainless steel lid creates a clean, flush finish when closed while protecting the cooking surface during transport and storage, making it ideal for mobile living. Designed to heat quickly, the BBQ reaches approximately 250°C in around five minutes and delivers even heat distribution across the 300 × 310mm cooking surface. This makes it suitable for grilling, searing and baking, while the included 12-inch pizza stone adds versatility for pizzas, flatbreads and other oven-style cooking. Battery-free piezo ignition provides simple and reliable lighting, while the integrated flame failure device automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame is extinguished for added peace of mind. Cleaning is equally straightforward, with a pull-out fat tray, slide-out base plate and removable flat lid, while most removable components are dishwasher safe.
