At NCE, we are committed to offering strong value across our range. If you find a lower advertised price on the same product, we will match it.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our Price Match Guarantee.

Same Product

The item must be identical in brand, model number, specifications, colour and condition.

Australian Retailers

The competitor must be an ABN-registered, GST-compliant Australian retailer.

Publicly Advertised

The lower price must be visible online or in a published catalogue and available to the general public.

Whatā€™s Eligible For Price Matching

  • Identical Product
    The item must be new and match in brand, model number, specifications, colour and condition.
  • In Stock
    The competitor must have the item available for immediate purchase and delivery.
  • Publicly Advertised
    The lower price must be clearly visible on an Australian retailerā€™s website or published catalogue.
  • Australian Retailers Only
    The business must be ABN-registered and GST-compliant. International and grey-import sellers are not eligible.

What Are The Exclusions?

  • Cashback, bonus item, bulk purchase, or quantity-limited promotions
  • Pricing that includes delivery or installation services
  • Offers not available to the general public, including trade, special event, club or membership pricing
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demo or display stock
  • Products sold via third-party sellers on marketplaces, auctions or classified sites such as eBay, Amazon or Gumtree
  • Grey market products or those shipped directly from an overseas distributor
  • Obvious pricing errors or misprints
  • Pricing set significantly below RRP or typical market value

How To Request A Price Match

  2. 2 Include a screenshot or direct link to the competitorā€™s advertised price and availability.
  3. 3 Our team will review your request and respond via return email.
  4. 4 If approved, we will send you a custom discount or checkout link.

Additional Terms

  • Price match requests must be submitted before purchase.
  • Offer valid for retail customers only and excludes trade accounts.
  • We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing, stock availability and legitimacy.
  • Requests may be refused if they do not meet the outlined conditions or are deemed not to be made in good faith.
