Parcel Delivery, Australia Post & Allied Express
Small and medium sized items are generally sent with Australia Post eParcel or Allied Express.
This usually applies to items that weigh 25kg or less, or products that can safely travel through standard parcel delivery networks.
The carrier used will depend on the size of the item, the destination and the most suitable delivery option available.
Each parcel is assigned tracking information and scanned at multiple points throughout the delivery process.
This usually begins the evening your parcel is dispatched or early the following business day.
Whether your order is sent with Australia Post or Allied Express, youāll receive tracking details by email once it has been shipped.
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Australia Post and Allied Express both provide tracking updates throughout the delivery process so you can monitor your parcel while it is in transit.
A signature may be required on delivery depending on the carrier and the order.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave a card or provide further delivery instructions depending on the service used.
Expected delivery times for parcel deliveries are generally 2 to 6 business days Australia-wide, from the date of dispatch.
Please note that deliveries to WA may take 4 to 10 business days in transit once dispatched.

Large freight deliveries are arranged using a freight carrier suited to the size and handling needs of the product.
Tracking details are emailed once the order has been dispatched so you can follow the shipment throughout transit.
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the destination, item size and whether any special handling requirements apply.
